Welcome back to the Morgue!
The Morticians go medieval with our (soft? mid?) season one finale discussing the new #a24 fantasy THE GREEN KNIGHT by David Lowery, which our boy Wes decided long ago he would pair with EXCALIBUR (1981) by John Boorman. Themes of mysticism, knighthood, possession, bravery, and lack thereof abound in both these Arthurian tales. But there’s uh….a sizable gap in delivery.
